Noemi Ebarle – VP for Talent Acquisition & Development
Noemi is one of the directors of Kittelson and Carpo Consulting, concentrating in Human Resources (HR), and Recruitment and Executive Search.
As the strategic partner in HR, she takes ownership of its direction and management, aligning its functional strategies towards the achievement of the company’s mission and goals. Her responsibility is focused on planning, organizing, leading and controlling of the company’s internal recruitment and manpower planning, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, records administration, training and employee engagement and organizational development. Having remarkable background in these areas, she likewise renders human capital management advisory services to the company‘s client, helping them in HR policy making, benefits design planning, develop performance management system and institute their own recruitment processes.
Noemi concurrently oversees the operations of the external Recruitment and Executive Search Division. Upon joining the company, she introduced ingenious and effective systems, traditional and non-traditional, to bring the best talent to their clients’ companies. Armed with the best practices and proficiency in employment branding, sourcing techniques, social recruiting and latest recruiting technology trends, Noemi brought this division to an impressive growth over the past few years.
Noemi gained her substantial knowledge and experience from her over 16 years of working in industries like logistics, construction, manufacturing, professional headhunting services, and business process outsourcing. She worked all the way up, getting exposed to different levels of decision-making in different organizations. She is also a Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer and Coach, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree Major in Psychology from the Far Eastern University.
