Gregory Kittelson

Mr. Gregory Kittelson is an American Business Consultant and has been working in Manila, Philippines for the past 11 years. Gregory has worked for two start-up technology outsourcing companies in Makati; FBM Software, and FBM e-Services.  In addition, Gregory co-founded two Internet companies in the Philippines, Digital Media Exchange (Mobius) and GrooveNet.

Between all 4 companies Gregory has had a very dynamic career in the Philippines. He has built companies from scratch while navigating through the Philippines' bureaucratic government agencies and unique business culture. Regarding building BPO and outsourcing operations, Gregory has identified best practices for recruitment, management and retention of human captial as well as facilities, office space, and incubation options for foreign companies starting and doing business in the Philippines.  

Mr. Kittelson not only manages the day to day operations of K&C but also is a Business Consultant to the company's long list of clients.  In addition to offering K&C clients a wide range of services, he always offers his business matching services, advice and connections to other companies, organizations, government and business people through out the Philippines.

Gregory is the Chairman and co-founder of both KMC MAG Group, the fastest growing real estate services firm in the Philippines and KMC Solutions, a BPO and Serviced Offices company with offices in both Fort Bonifacio and Makati, Philippines.
