Tax Investigation and Taxpayers’ Defenses

Rhondee “Ron” Dumlao, Junior Partner of CarpoLaw & Associates, talked the delegates through the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) processes and general defenses of taxpayers during the Business Breakfast, hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce Philippines in partnership with InCorp Philippines, held on October 17, 2019 at the KMC Solutions, Net Quad, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Atty. Dumlao discussed the details of tax processes, rules on waiver, Letter of Authority (LOA), exceptions, and others that a taxpayer must address. He also discussed tips on handling BIR audit.
