- Secure the Consolidated General Application Form (CGAF) from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration’s (BI) main office or from their official website
- Submit all required documents to BI
- Get the Order of Payment Slip (OPS)
- Pay the required fees
- Submit copy of Official Receipt
