SEC Releases Filing Schedule for Annual Financial Statements, General Information Sheet, and Other Annual Reports in the Philippines

SEC Filing Schedule Annual Report

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has published the list of schedules to be followed in filing for Annual Financial Statements (AFS), General Information Sheet (GIS), and other Annual Reports (AR) in accordance with the last numerical digit of their SEC license.

Under SEC Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 03, s. 2021, the new submission schedule is as follows:

COVERED COMPANIES

All stock corporations with Fiscal Year (FY) ending December 31 including the following shall observe the released schedule for enrolling and filing their respective AFS through the SEC Online Submission Tool (OST):

  • Branch Offices
  • Representative Offices
  • Regional Headquarters
  • Regional Operating Headquarters
