PRA Circular No.002: Validity of the PRA ID Card of SRRV Holders

As per the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) Circular No.002 issued on May 09, 2023 that effective June 01, 2023, SRRV holders with PRA ID card will have a 2 year validity period.

In line with this, the requisite visa deposit should be maintained and intact at any PRA accredited bank. Moreover, retiree-members with pre-existing investments or converted their deposit into an investment should be compliant with the Rules and Regulations Implementing Executive Order No. 1037 under Rule VII-A.

  • Latest PRA ID Card (original or photocopy)
Walk-in PRA head office or satellite offices in Baguio, Clark, Subic, Cebu and Davao
Retiree Members through a Marketer or Representative
  • Signed Retiree Request Form (RRF)
  • Passport if new (photocopy or scanned)
  • Latest PRA ID Card (original or photocopy)
  • Authorization letter signed by the principal retiree
  • Guarantee letter signed by marketer/representative (must be notarized)
PRA head office or satellite offices in Baguio, Clark, Subic, Cebu and Davao
Online Renewal
  • Signed Retiree Request Form (RRF) (scanned)
  • Latest PRA ID Card (original scanned)
  • Passport (scanned)
  • LBP deposit slip/bank transfer
  • 2×2 ID picture (if changes)

Retiree members through a Marketer/Representative

  • Signed Retiree Request Form (RRF) (scanned)
  • Latest PRA ID Card (original scanned)
  • Passport (scanned)
  • LBP deposit slip/bank transfer
  • 2×2 ID picture (if changes)
  • Authorization letter signed by the principal retiree
  • Guarantee letter signed by marketer/representative (must be notarized)
